Below are the terms of use for the DeGrate Life Client Portal.

# Terms of Use

## 1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the client portal of DeGrate Life LLC ("Company"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use this service.

## 2. Eligibility
To use the client portal, you must have an active contract with the Company. Sharing of user credentials with anyone who has not signed a client contract with the Company is prohibited.

## 3. Account Registration
To register for an account, you must provide your email address, phone number, first and last name, and client ID.

## 4. User Responsibilities
As a user, you are responsible for entering prospective vendor information using the forms on the website, selecting vendors, and tracking your budget.

## 5. Content Ownership
The Company owns all content on the client portal, including content uploaded by the user. The Company may retain the content uploaded by the user for up to 2 years after access has been revoked.

## 6. Privacy
User data is collected for communications by the Company to the user. User information is retained within the Company's databases and will not be sold to any third parties.

## 7. Service Availability
There is no guarantee of uninterrupted service. Users will be notified of scheduled downtime. Users will also be notified of unscheduled downtime and will be given an estimated time of service restoration.

## 8. Payment Terms
All payment for portal features are taken care of during the signing of the client contract.

## 9. Dispute Resolution
The Terms of Use will be governed by Texas state laws. The user may not take legal action against the Company.

## 10. Changes to Terms
Users will be notified via email of any changes to the Terms of Use. Logging into the portal after the terms have been updated constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

## 11. Termination
The Company may terminate a user's access to the portal the day after the event has happened or 48 hours after notification of event cancellation.

## 12. Limitation of Liability
The Company takes no responsibility for any damages or losses incurred by users.
